I start the show with the homie's new single Gaslamp Killer accompanied by Miguel Atwood-Ferguson on violin, it's a beautiful monster, followed by Homeboy Sandman produced by the excellent Jonti, and the instrumental version by Flying Lotus of "Between Friends" with Thundercat on bass. Another great hiphop track comes from Domo Genesis, a free album produced by non other than Alchemist, there's 5 or 6 killer tracks on that record, serious! Followed by Manteca on congas, grooveman Spot's new record and classic Fred Wesley material. The Insomniax, my favorite artist on Earnest Endeavours is releasing a record soon, this track is part of it, excellent, maybe the best tune on the record..... followed by great uptempo records of Manaré, Kanvas and a banging Mickey Pearce, TNGHT, a new Airhead record, Christoph El Truento..much more
